E COR X Enclosures

E COR X enclosures combine strength, resistance and functionality with innovative design.

Manufactured in AISI 304L stainless steel sheet (AISI 316L on request), they are the result of years of study and research in our ETA Next R&D laboratory and represent the link with the range of painted sheet metal E COR enclosures.

At the basis of these enclosures is the construction concept based on the structured fold of the casing (taken from the painted E COR enclosures), an innovative hinge system in 316L and a series of technical-structural devices capable of supporting the wiring in every phase.

• Pre-saturated stainless steel sheet AISI 304L (AISI 316L on request) with protective film to ensure maximum product quality
• Structured casing fold for greater structural rigidity
• Closing system in 316L stainless steel, with internal plastic cap, which makes the closure smoother and prevents seizing
• Sealed, non-reactive, stable silicone seal resistant to extreme environments and temperature ranges, providing durable protection in corrosive environments and maintaining IP rating
• Quick-fit, 1/4 turn locking system with security key
• Reversible door for greater flexibility of use: housing is not pre-drilled, so orientation can be reversed to provide hinge-side configuration
• Hinges made of AISI 316L, which provide greater corrosion resistance promote easier door assembly/disassembly
• Mounting plate with slots in the corners to allow immediate fixing and easier wiring
• Wide range of accessories available, including: modular chassis with frame, panels and DIN rails, inner door, rack posts and cross-pieces, protective canopy, micro-perforated plate, plinth
