EUAL Control Desk

vertical decomposability, on an E NUX base

E NUX base cabinets are a solution that combines the typical modularity of the E NUX cabinet with the concept of vertical decomposability. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and continuous interaction between man and machine in various industrial environments.

Available in an assembled or kit version, they feature a bottom and top door and an intermediate zone, prepared for the mounting of a panel or front shelf.

A front frame is added to the E NUX structure, with a low height of 1400 mm for good visual control of the area to be guarded.

Solution available in 4 widths and 2 depths and in versions:

  • upper and lower door + rear panel
  • upper and lower door + rear door

Compatibility with the standard accessories of the E NUX modular system.

Technical features

Material

  • structure: HSLA high-strength low alloy steel sheet (E NUX structure)
  • Rear panel, roof, frame, roof extension: sheet steel DC01
  • EUAL front: DC01 sheet steel with sendzimir profiles

Painting: standard electrostatic E DUP cycle - liquid paintwork by cathodic electrophoresis process with epoxy resin and finishing with thermosetting epoxy-polyester powders

Colour:

  • structure: RAL7035 smooth
  • front EUAL, door/back panel: textured RAL7035
  • roof: RAL5020 textured

Sealing gasket: adhesive

Degree of protection: IP55, NEMA/UL Type 1

Impact resistance degree: IK10

Supply

Cabinet supplied with:

  • E NUX structure with rear door (or panel)
  • EUAL front complete with upper and lower door
  • removable roof
  • upper door with sendzimir profiles, mechanical stop on opening and double flap closing system diam. 3.0mm
  • lower door with reinforcement profiles and double-finned latch diam. 3.0 mm
  • adhesive gasket and mounting accessories


To complete the front configuration order separately

  • EUME shelf or
  • EUPN front panel
